description
A bikeshed color issue, we need to choose the
actual names for the module syntax for the winner
of #2.
`import`, `export` and `include` are fairly universal
and no alternate is suggested unless someone wants
to write in a proposal.
The enclosing syntax can be called either
`library` as in R6RS, `module` or some other proposal.

Denis Washington brought up the issue of the name "module" vs. the name "library" in a [http://lists.scheme-reports.org/pipermail/scheme-reports/2011-June/001139.html message] on the <scheme-reports> list on 19 Jun 2011. We had already voted on this issue, and no one brought up a new line of reasoning in the subsequent discussion, but I'm reopening this ticket so that we remember to look at it once again.
